Full Dictionary! The KanjiKen dictionary just got a lot bigger. We removed the 10,000 entry cap and now ship the full dictionary (over 1.7 million entries), bringing in many common words that were previously missing.

Full Dictionary
Work on the dictionary continues. Last update we added kanji drawing search and now we make that feature even more useful by… actually showing results! Until now, the KanjiKen dictionary was limited to the most common 10,000 entries. That covered everything inside KanjiKen, but is not good enough to act as a real dictionary.
With this update, that cap is gone. The dictionary now ships with all 1.7 million entries from the full word list. This means many (read ‘all’) common words that were previously missing are now available to look up.
The full dictionary with all entries now available. In case you ever wanted to look up limbless doll, you’re in luck!
Bug fixes
Fixed broken scroll in the Seen → Words tab on Android
Fixed incorrect translations for noun+suru compounds, for example “to do request” now correctly shows as “to request”
